The Builder; Chad Hoover

Chad started building homes in 1995 in northern Indiana. The first project was an old lake cottage that required a complete demolition and rebuild from the ground up. Chad along with a few helpers took the home apart piece by piece, dug and poured the foundation, framed the walls, plumbed, wired, installed the HVAC, drywall, painted, roofed, and sided the entire house. There wasn’t anything not completed on this first project that wasn’t done or supervised by him personally. As many would know, this is not the fastest way to build a home but it gave Chad the knowledge of how a home is completely constructed and how to respect, work with and supervise the people that do the various parts of any given project.. 

Chad continued to build homes and do a portion of the work hands-on, but as his company grew, he realized there isn’t as much time to do as much of the work. Chad employs some of the finest sub-contractors in the area which allows him to focus on the client along with the project in order to bring everything together for a seamless and finely detailed finished product. He now maintains just enough business to enable him to visit every jobsite on a daily basis.

Chad and his wife Cherie and their children live in Fishers, Indiana. They are very detail oriented. They walk every jobsite every day and look for anything that may need attention in order to maintain their proven quality, as well as inspect all the work in all aspects to insure there is no sacrifice of quality for quantity.
